Our breakthrough emerged from a worried client in 2024. Their key investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed deliveries to match. Instead of calling it impossible, our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets designed to look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
